The Louisiana Digital Media Center is a 3 story, 100,000 SF project on the campus of LSU that was designed to facilitate the growth of the digital media industry in Louisiana. The building houses both private digital media companies and LSU’s Center for Computation and Technology. The 3rd Floor Tenant is EA Games. Project consisted of complete renovation and addition to historic Baton Rouge Magnet High School, originally constructed in 1926. The building is approx. 300K SF and is a Baton Rouge landmark listed on the National Historic Registry. Unique project challenges included incorporating new finishes with preservation of historic details and working alongside numerous other trades through multiple phases and general contractor's escalated schedule.
