Malco Acadiana

Malco Premier Lanes Acadiana is a family entertainment center in Lafayette, Louisiana designed to feature an unobstructed view of 32 bowling lanes. A recent $2.5 million-dollar renovation designed by TK Architects significantly updated the building constructed in 1984 and added 10,000 SF to accommodate a two-story laser tag arena, new party rooms, meeting spaces, arcade and prize redemption areas. Finishes were chosen for durability and aesthetic.

Centiva Event and Contour series LVT were selected for the high-use bowling seating areas, arcade and prize redemption spaces, while Daltile Portfolio porcelain was used at the main lobby, and carried across the café front, shoe rental and locker room sight line. Restroom renovations included a floor pattern design with Veranda series. Significant glass tile accents from Daltile’s Showscape and Opulence series are used throughout, most notably at café feature wall and bar. The result is an updated, fun, and durable design that is exciting, engaging and will expand the entertainment offering provided by the Malco brand.
